Partner airline flights earn only Bonus Miles; Status Miles come from TAP and Star Alliance flights and some partnerships.

Claim anything missing within six months

Request missing miles in the customer area on flyTAP or the TAP app.

Diary your expiry dates

Most miles last three years from the activity, some only one; plan a redemption or extension before they lapse.
