MB WAY and Your Credit Card: What to Know in Portugal

Join at a Multibanco machine or in the MB WAY app, and set a six-digit MB WAY PIN that only you know.

Check your issuer's charges

Look up how your card issuer prices transfers and other operations made through the app, and watch for the charge the app shows before an instant transfer.

Shop online with a capped virtual card

Use MB NET to create a virtual card with only the amount you need, linked to your debit or credit card.

Confirm the recipient

Check the account holder's name the app shows before you confirm a transfer, as confirmed transfers cannot be cancelled.
