Questions

About this guide

Who can see my map of responsibilities?

You, or someone with powers to represent you. Participating lenders can consult CRC information under the conditions the law sets, for example when you apply for credit, and may not pass it to third parties except where the law allows.

Does a card I never use appear?

The CRC covers potential as well as actual credit responsibilities, and the map has a 'potential amount' field for amounts not currently owed that could become owed. Check your own map to see how an unused card is shown.
